Subscription Policy

One-Time Purchase Cancellation

You may cancel your One-time purchase order within 2 hours of the transaction for a full refund. Please note that due to the immediate preparation and perishable nature of our products, cancellations after this period are not accepted.

Subscription Cancellation

For subscription purchases, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at secrets.seamoss@gmail.com. If you cancel within the first 2 hours of subscribing, you will be refunded for your initial order. However, cancellation requests made after the initial 2-hour period will apply to future orders, and you will still be charged for and receive the current order.

Auto-renewal Cancellation

If you wish to stop the auto-renewal of your subscription, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date. Once your subscription is renewed, we will not be able to refund or cancel your order due to the perishable nature of our products.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

If you wish to make changes to your order, such as modifying the delivery address or quantity, you must do so within the 2-hour cancellation period. Once your order has been processed for shipment, no changes can be made.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to correct the issue, which may involve replacing the product or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.
